The order will arrive between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm from Tuesday to Friday and between 7.30 am to 2.00 pm on Saturday.

No, we are apolosiged that specific time delivery is unavailable currently.  We recommend to have your order delivered one day before serving. Please store the cake in the fridge and bring it to room temperature at least one hour before serving. The cake can stay well under cool shaded place (21-22 degree) for up to 3 hours.

Our drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery address. After 10 minutes, if nobody arrives, your cake will be returned to our storage facility. You can schedule a re-delivery without surcharge but the delivery time cannot be guaranteed (probably cannot be re-delivered on the day).

We try our best to provide a clear & efficient for communication regarding delivery. Message notification will be sent out one day in advance about the approximate arrival time.

Order return is not acceptable after being delivered. However, if there are any issues or needs to cancel the order, we can do so before the scheduled delivery time.

Absolutely not! Any prices, receipts or billing information are not included when delivery. Only the shipping information is attached on the box.

We provide flat delivery fee at $10.00 for most parts within Sydney.
