Buttercream Cake Storage:
Please store the cake in the fridge and bring it to room temperature at least one hour before serving. The cake can stay well under cool shaded place (21-22 degree) for up to 3 hours.
Cotton Chiffon Fresh Cream Cake Storage:
Please chill the cake in the fridge and consume it after out of the fridge.

Yes, of course. We will send you the pick-up address after receiving the order within 24 hours. If there is no selected pick-up time you would prefer, please call or send us email to discuss.
Our pick-up address is approx. 5 minute walking from Artarmon station. Lots of street parking are available.

Friday – Saturday morning delivery $22.00

Friday- Saturday all day delivery $15.00
Tiered cake delivery $50.00
No, we are apolosiged that specific time delivery is unavailable currently. We recommend to have your order delivered one day before serving.
For large event cakes, please contact us to discuss the details of delivery.
Our drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery address. After 10 minutes, if nobody arrives, your cake will be returned to our storage facility. You can schedule a re-delivery without surcharge but the delivery time cannot be guaranteed (probably cannot be re-delivered on the day).
We try our best to provide a clear & efficient for communication regarding delivery. Message notification will be sent out one day in advance about the approximate arrival time.
Order return is not acceptable after being delivered. However, if there are any issues or needs to cancel the order, we can do so before the scheduled delivery time.
Absolutely not! Any prices, receipts or billing information are not included when delivery. Only the shipping information is attached on the box.
